    "80% of our clients that take on an apprentice, take on a second apprentice within 12 months"

    The employer incentive payment is for Non-Levy employers to help assist the apprentices' improvement throughout the apprenticeship. The payment will be paid at 3 three and 12 months. The incentive payment is for eligible learners who are aged 16-18, or 16-24 if has previously been a child in the care system.
