Want to take on your next team member?

We work with 16-18 year olds from London to support them in getting their foot on the career ladder. As a young adult they are willing to learn, get involved and be moulded into your companies values.

By taking on an Apprentice you are growing skills from within and getting a different perspective than your usual recruits.

Q: Why take on an Apprentice?

A: Because they are great for your business

By bringing an apprentice into your organisation, you are likely to benefit from the input, new ideas and fresh approach of someone who is motivated and eager to learn. At the same time, you have someone who is a blank canvas, waiting for their strengths and talents to be discovered and utilised for the good of your business.

Hiring an apprentice is an affordable option for most businesses that are ready to expand, especially as you may qualify for a grant of £1,500 for taking on an apprentice.

  • 77% of employers believe apprenticeships make them more competitive;
  • 80% feel that apprenticeships reduce staff turnover;
  • Two-thirds of respondents believe that their apprenticeship programme helps them fill vacancies more quickly, whilst 88% believe that apprenticeships lead to a more motivated and satisfied workforce;
  • Over half of employers believe their new recruits lack the combination of specialist skills as well as general skills such as ICT and administration.
  • Hiring an apprentice is an inexpensive solution to finding young and able support staff for your team; we prepare them for roles such as PA's, Office Administration, Reception, Digital Marketing Assistants, Social Media Assistants, Customer Service Support and much more. They have been and will continue to be trained in relevant skills once they start with you to give them the support as they start their career journey.

    The employer incentive payment is for Non-Levy employers to help assist the apprentices' improvement throughout the apprenticeship. The payment will be paid at 3 three and 12 months. The incentive payment is for eligible learners who are aged 16-18, or 16-24 if has previously been a child in the care system.
